What group size works best?

We cap core participation at 4–12 leaders small enough for candor, large enough to represent every key function. If your board is bigger, we organize break-out cohorts that reconvene for final decisions, so no voice, gets lost.

Should we run it onsite or remote?

Onsite retreats generate deeper trust and the off-grid focus many execs crave; we can help you with venue scouting and we handle materials, and facilitation. Remote works just as well for globally dispersed teams: two half-day Zoom + Miro blocks, digital workbooks, and virtual white-board kits shipped in advance to keep energy high.

How much prep will my team need to do?

About 60 minutes each. Leaders complete a 15-minute confidential pulse survey and optional behavioral profile followed by a 15-minute pre-interview. This gives us the raw data to tailor discussions and lets your execs arrive informed but not overloaded.

What concrete outcomes will we leave with?
