Who should be on the call?
Anyone who owns, or suffers from your current performance-review process: HR or People leader, Ops head, or a manager champion. If more than two people need in, we’ll spin up a group link no extra hassle.
Is this truly free and obligation free?
Yes. The Fit Call is a live sample of our facilitation style, not a sales pitch. No fees, no slide deck, and we’ll only follow up if you ask us to.
Will you try to sell me software or a long contract?
Nope. We are human-first facilitators. If a Sprint isn’t the fix, we’ll say so and point you to another resource, no awkward upsell.
What prep do l need?
Jot down your single biggest pain point (e.g., “Managers ghost the forms”) and, if handy, one metric you would like to move (turnover, engagement, etc.). That’s it—15 minutes is plenty when we are focused.
What happens after the call?
You will get a one-page “Action Sketch” summarizing next steps, whether that’s a Sprint proposal, a DIY tip sheet, or a referral. Either way, you leave with value, not vague promises.
