Sprints are short and impactful workshops. They range from 2hrs to 1 day. They provide structure to avoid endless discussions and group thoughts. Through a range of carefully designed activities the team increases their collective intelligence and creativity. We make sure that everyone contributes equally (no more dominating voices). At the end a team always leaves with a clear action plan and assigned accountability.
